摘要
以某公立医院中心实验室专职科研人员为实践对象,对其绩效考核与薪酬分配方案进行探讨,介绍其通过设置公平合理的绩效考核目标,吸引优秀人才、提升科研积极性、稳定科研队伍,使其中心实验室保持持久的向心力和竞争优势。
This research project aims to explore the mechanism of performance assessment and salary determination for the full-time researchers at the center laboratory of a public hospital. The appraisal process is expected to be fair and reasonable for performance assessment, which will help to attract top talents, increase employee morale, and maintain a stable research team, all of which are essential for the laboratory to promote the latest medical research at the hospital and to keep the competitive advantage at the forefront of medical research advances.
