摘要
通过调查问卷的形式,对广西地区高校图书馆和公共图书馆的信息服务专业人员的自我效能感进行研究发现:调查对象具有较高的自我效能感;其工作效果与自我效能感呈正相关关系;男性和女性参与者间存在着明显的差异性;不同的年龄阶段、工作年限等因素,对自我效能感有显著的影响。因此,图书馆可通过增强个体成功体验、加强制度保障力度、建立社会反馈机制、改善生理与情绪状态等途径,增强图书馆员的自我效能感。
Analyzing the self-efficacy of information service professionals of university libraries and public libraries in Guangxi by the way of the questionnaire, we could find that respondents have higher selfefficacy; the work effect and the self-efficacy shows positive correlation; there are obvious differences between male and female participants, factors of different ages and work years also have the significant impact on the self-efficacy. Therefore, the library could enhance the self-efficacy of the librarian through following ways: enhancing the experience of the individual success, strengthening the security effort of the system, establishing the social feedback mechanism, and improving the physical and emotional state.
