科技档案是一种重要的信息资源,对推动科技发展具有重要作用。通过阐述科技档案开发利用的重要意义,从提高归档质量、提升服务水平和加大保障力度等方面入手,对如何有效地开发利用科技档案进行了具体论述,为做好科技档案开发利用工作提供一些借鉴。
Technical records is a kind of important information resources, which plays an important role in promoting the development of science and technology. This paper expounds the important significance of exploitation and utilization of science and technology archives, and how to effectively develop and utilize was discussed from the aspects of improving the archive quality, improving service levels and strengthening security efforts, etc., so as to provides some reference for the development and utihzation of technical archives.
