摘要
综合院校中医养生教学的难点,与非中医专业大学生的知识结构、思维方式、心理性格特征、生活阅历和学习动机有关。而缺乏新旧知识的衔接、"90后"独特的心理性格特征、缺乏对养生和健康重要性的切身体会、没有足够时间学习和实践等,致使学生对本课程的知识技能难以理解、难以学透、难以付诸实践。基于这些特点,合理进行教学组织,精选教学内容,设计教学风格,改革考核办法,充分利用师生互动等,是提高教学效果的有效对策。
There exist certain difficult points in teaching Chinese health preservation in comprehensive colleges. These students have no Chinese medicine background. They are largely different from Chinese medicine majored students in aspects of knowledge structure, thinking mode, psychological trait, life experience and learning motivation. Students feel it difficult to well grasp knowledge and skills from classroom teaching because they don' t have enough time to learn and practice, and there is lack of link between their previous and new knowledge and shortness of first-hand experience in health preservation and concept of health. Reasonable teaching organization, reforming teaching content, method and examination, promoting interaction between teachers and students can be effective countermeasure to increase teaching efficiency.
