摘要
将R&D项目和R&D在资源节约和环境保护方面的贡献纳入分析体系。研究表明,典型省份-江苏R&D资源投入-产出间存在同向增长、正向相关和长期均衡关系,两者间有着密切的双向因果关系,存在着积极的"自促"和"互促"作用。应准确把握江苏R&D投入-产出的关系和规律,科学推进江苏科技与经济的融合。
This paper analyzes the system including R＆D project and the contribution of R＆D in resource conservation and environmental protection.Research shows that,R＆D input and output in typical province Jiangsu have the same growth, the positive correlation and the long -run equilibrium relationship.They are close bidirectional causality.And there are positive “self -promotion”and “mutual”effects between them.We should master the relationships and rules of Jiangsu R＆D input -output accurately,to promote the integration of science -technology and economy.
