摘要
通过寻找过去18年来国内学者对高校科研团队的研究,最终筛选出341篇高校科研团队的相关文献,采用描述性统计与系统性分析的方法,对我国高校科研团队的研究阶段进行划分,总结主要研究主题和理论贡献,并进一步简要评述国内相关研究现状,提出现阶段我国高校科研团队研究的不足,为我国高校科研团队未来的研究指出方向,以期为国内未来高校科研团队的研究提供参考与借鉴。
Through collecting the research of domestic scholars on the research team of universities in the past 18 years,and finally selecting the relevant literatures of 341 domestic university research teams.Using descriptive statistics and systematic analysis methods,the research stage of Chinese university research teams is divided.It summarizes the main research topics and theoretical contributions,and further reviews the relevant research situation in China,and puts forward the shortcomings of the research team at the current stage in China,pointing out the direction for the future research of Chinese university research teams,in order to provide reference for the research of future university research teams in China.
