摘要 目的探讨首台手术延迟开始各种原因,为提升手术室工作效率采取针对性措施。方法对我院2013年1~6月择期首台手术延时资料进行统计分析,并对部分手术病种准时率进行优化,确定评价指标,加强行政干预。结果 2013年7~9月手术延迟发生率低于2013年1~6月,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=16.83,P〈0.01)。首台手术未准时开台比率由87.58%降低到56.00%(χ2=48.74,P〈0.01)。结论手术室延迟原因众多,实施流程管理、借助科技手段、制定奖惩制度、加大术前宣传、争取政策支持等都是加强手术室科学管理、提高工作效率、节约人力成本、提升患者满意度的重要举措。 Objective To investigate various causes of first operation delay in order to take specific measures to im- prove the work efficiency in the operating room. Methods The delayed time of selective first operations in our hospital from January to June 2013 was analyzed statistically and the punctualitY rates of part surgical diseases were optimized. The evaluation indicators were determined and the administrative intervention was enhanced. Results The incidence of operation delay from July to September 2013 was lower than that from January to June 2013, with statistically signifi- cant difference (X2=16.83, P〈0.01). The proportion of delayed first operations decreased from 87.58% to 56.00% (X2=48.74, P〈0.01). Conclusion The causes of delayed operations are various. Implementation of process management, use of sci- entific and technological means, development of rewards and punishment system, enhancement of preoperative publicity and seek of policy support are all important measures to strengthen the scientific management of operating rooms, im- prove work efficiency, save labor costs and improve patient satisfaction.
