摘要
运用PDCA循环,分析首台手术准点运行现状及影响因素,实行环节责任管理,利用信息化手段进行监控和反馈。提高了手术室利用效率,适应了医院床位扩张的现实需要,具有重要意义。
Using PDCA cycle, the current situation of the first operation and influence factors were analyzed, the accounta- bility chain management was applied, and information technology tools were used for monitoring and feedback. The improved item increased the utilization of operation rooms and achieved hospital needs for expanding bed counts, which had important value.
