热激诱导对高温胁迫下百合相对电导率及电阻抗参数的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Heat Shock on Relative Conductivity and Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy Parameters of Lily Leaves under High Temperature Stress

摘要 为了研究电阻抗图谱法对百合耐热性测定的有效性,采用45℃温水热激百合鳞茎0、15、30、45、60min后,测定植株叶片的相对电导率和电阻抗参数对38℃高温胁迫的反应。结果表明,随胁迫时间延长各处理的相对电导率均呈先降低后升高的趋势;4和5d时各处理的相对电导率均低于对照,其中热激30min的值最低。表明热激诱导可提高百合的耐热性。随高温胁迫时间延长,高频电阻率(r)、低频电阻率(r1)、胞外电阻率(re)、胞内电阻率(ri)和弛豫时间(τ)的变化趋势相似,整体均呈先上升后下降的趋势。相关分析表明,植株受不同时间热胁迫时,re与相对电导率呈负相关,ri与相对电导率呈正相关,其中re是测定百合耐热性最适宜的参数。 Asiatic lily 'Tresor' was used as the experimental material, and the lily bulbs were dipped into the warm water at 45 ~C for 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 min. The electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) parameters and relative conductivity of leaves under 38 ~C stress were measured. The validity of EIS parameters was testified by comparing the relationship with the relative conductivity. The results showed with the increasing duration of the stress, the relative conductivity of leaves decreased firstly and then increased, and that of all treatments were lower than the control after stressing for 4 and 5 days. The relative conductivity value of the bulbs which were dipped into hot water for 30 min was the lowest. The values of specific high-frequency resistance (r), specific low-frequency resistance (rl), extracellular resistance (re), intracellular resistance (ri) and relaxation time r increased at first and then decreased with the increasing of high temperature stress time. The correlation analysis indicated that there was a negative correlation between re and the relative conductivity,and there was a positive correlation between ri and the relative conductivity with the increasing of high temperature stress, re was the optimum parameter for evaluating heat resistance of lily.
