摘要
[目的]研究不同保温材料覆盖越冬对葡萄根系抗寒生理指标的影响.[方法]以5年生全球红葡萄(Vitis vinifera L.cv.Red Globe)为试材,采用不同材料制作的保温被覆盖葡萄越冬,测定越冬过程中根系组织含水量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量及细胞膜透性等抗寒生理指标的变化.[结果](1)各种材料覆盖葡萄越冬温度的影响较大,与对照相比,覆盖物下0~60 cm深度土壤温度提高0.34~2.32℃;(2)保温材料覆盖越冬前后,各种生理指标变化较大;(3)玻璃棉覆盖越冬后,根系中组织含水率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量较高,脯氨酸和电导率较低.[结论]不同材料覆盖对葡萄根系抗寒生理指标影响较大,但并不能改变葡萄根系的耐寒性.
【Objective】This project aims to study the coverage effects of different insulation materials on physiological indicators of cold resistance of grape roots during the winter time.【Method】Experiment was conducted with 3- year- old red globe grape( Vitis vinifera L. cv. Red Globe) trees,and different insulation materials were used to determine cold physiological changes of the wintering process tendrils and roots such as the natural moisture content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein,proline content and cell membrane permeability.【Result】The results showed that,( 1) Various materials had great covering effects on the grape overwintering temperature compared with the control. The soil temperature underneath the soil 0- 60 cm was lifted by 0. 34- 2. 32℃;( 2) Before and after the winter,the physiological index change greatly; 3) Natural moisture content,soluble sugar and soluble protein content were higher and proline and conductivity were lower by using glass wool covering materials for the overwintering.【Conclusion】Different covering materials have great influence on the physiological indices of cold resistance of grape roots,but can not change the cold resistance.
