不同材料覆盖越冬对葡萄枝蔓及根系抗寒生理指标的影响 被引量:9

摘要 以5年生全球红葡萄(VitisviniferaL.CV.RedGlobe)为试材,采用不同材料制作的保温被覆盖葡萄越冬,测定越冬过程中枝蔓及根系中组织含水量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量及细胞膜透性等抗寒生理指标的变化,研究不同保温材料覆盖越冬对葡萄枝蔓及根系抗寒生理指标的影响。结果表明,①各种材料覆盖葡萄越冬对温度的影响较大,覆盖物下0-60cm深度土壤温度较对照提高0.34—2.32℃;②保温材料覆盖越冬前后,各种生理指标变化较大;③玻璃棉覆盖越冬后,根系中组织含水率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量较高,脯氨酸和电导率较低。不同材料覆盖对葡萄枝条及根系抗寒生理指标影响较大,但并不能改变葡萄根系的耐寒性。 Taken 3-year-old red globe grape ( Vitls vinifera L. cv. Red Globe)trees as materials, different insulation materials covered grapes to study cold physiological indicators changes in tissue water content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, proline content and membrane permeability during the winter. The effects of covered different insulation materials on cold resistance indexes of grape vines and root were studied. The results showed that, every covered materials had greater effects on the soil temperature. Compared with CK, the soil temperature in 0 - 60 cm depth was increased by 0.34 - 2.32℃. The physiological indicators before and after overwintering period had lar- ger variety. Covered with glass wool, the natural moisture content, soluble sugar and soluble protein content of red globe grape trees were higher and prollne and conductivity were lower. The different covered materials on the cold physiological indicators of branch and root of grapes had greater effects, but covered materials could not change the cold resistance of grape branch and root.
