摘要
辅机故障快速减负荷(RB)是保障火电机组正常运行的重要保护手段。RB试验风险较高,在试验过程中容易造成停炉停机。本文针对当前火电机组RB试验中常见的问题,从逻辑设计、条件准备以及试验次序等方面给出了建议,在某厂350MW超临界机组RB试验中,取得了良好效果,证明了试验方法的正确性。
Runback is an important protective way for the safely operating of the power plant. However,the high risk of RB test may cause the unit shutdown easily.To reduce the risk,some suggestions concerned on the logic designing,condition preparation and testing sequence is introduced in this work.These suggestions have been used in the practice of field RB test and archived good results,which proved the correctness of it.
