摘要 以某新建电厂2×600 MW机组工程为例,介绍了配置有双进双出磨煤机的'W'型火焰炉主要辅机故障快速减负荷(run back,RB)功能的逻辑设计,并据此对燃料、给水及主蒸汽压力等控制逻辑进行了优化,经优化后,机组的RB功能通过动态试验验证,动作正确可靠.同时还提出了'W'火焰炉RB试验的注意事项,对同类型机组有借鉴意义. Taking the project of 2×600MW units in a new power plant as an example,the control logic of fast decrease load when a main auxiliary machine occurs fault(run back,RB)for W flame boiler was introduced,which is equipped double-inlet and double-out mail.The control logic of fuel,water supply and main steam pressure was optimized.After optimization,the RB function of the unit was verified by dynamic test,and the results shows the action is normal and reliable.The points for attention in the RB test of W flame boiler were put forward,which provided a good reference for the same type unit.
