空压站冷却水泵节能技术改造

摘要 针对空压站水泵冗余运行存在电能浪费的情况,分析了空压站的循环水系统,认为问题主要在于管道压力损失大和缺少可靠且反应迅速的保护手段。为此,采取了选择低阻力止回阀和根据水压对水泵进行PLC控制等措施,提高了冷却水系统的可靠性,同时年可节电23.76万kW.h。 Aiming at the electric power waste during the redundancy running of water pump for compressed-alr plant, the water recirculating system of the compressed-air plant is analyzed. It is considered that the main problems are the great losing of the tubing pressure and the scarceness of reliable and willing protective measure. So low resistance check valve is adopted and the PLC is used for controlling the water pump according to the water pressure. Then the reliability of ccoling water system is advanced and 237,600 kilowatt-hour electric powers are saved every year.
