摘要
介绍了300 MW、600 MW1、000 MW火电机组的辅机故障减负荷(RB)控制策略,分析了RB控制策略的特点,并提出了在RB试验中应注意:RB试验前,应对RB控制功能进行模拟试验,确保RB正确动作;在RB试验中,应防止送风机、引风机、一次风机的电机过电流;强制RB状态下的油枪起动条件,确保油枪正确投运。
The run back (RB) strategy for 300 MW,600 MW,and 1 000 MW thermal power units has been presented, the features of RE control strategy being analysed,and the problems needing to pay attention in RB test being put forward. Before the RB test, a simulation test for RB control functions should be carried out, so as to ensure correct activation of RB; in the RB test, overcurrent of electric motors for the forced draft fan, the induced draft fan, and the primary air fan should be prevented, specifying the start - up condition of oil guns under RB state,ensuring the oil guns correctly to be put into operation.
