摘要
近年来,在石化和煤化工行业,屡次发现有些国内设计寿命长达数十年之久的疲劳容器,却在投用仅3年左右即发生开裂。经检测研究表明【1】:疲劳容器开裂问题几乎都发生在制造过程中存在埋藏缺陷的环焊缝焊接上,所以讨论焊缝对容器疲劳强度的影响就显得十分有必要并具有实际意义。通过对焊缝余高和焊接缺陷对疲劳容器的疲劳寿命的影响进行详细分析,对比ASME标准和JB 4732标准,通过疲劳强度减弱系数不同的处理方法,提出了对于疲劳容器在设计和制造过程中的相关应对措施。
In recent years,some domestic-designed fatigue vessels with the design life for decades have been repeatedly discovered that cracks occurred after they had been used for only 3years in petrochemical and coal chemical industries.The inspection and research indicate that nearly all cracks on fatigue vessel occur in girth weld with buried defects welding in the manufacturing process.So it is very necessary and of practical significance to discuss the effect of the welding seam on the fatigue strength of the vessels.Through detailed analysis on the effect of the weld reinforcement and welding defects on the fatigue life of the fatigue vessel,the ASME standard and the JB 4732 standard are compared.Based on the different treatment methods of fatigue strength reduction coefficient,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to deal with the problems in the design and manufacturing process of fatigue vessel.
