摘要
某公司PSA装置吸附塔仅投用2年就出现多台吸附塔疲劳开裂的现象,通过对吸附塔开裂原因的综合分析,认为设备运行时所产生的交变应力使筒体保温支撑圈承受应力集中是造成疲劳开裂的主要原因,建议采取去除筒体保温支撑圈的结构改进方案和裂纹补焊修理的修复方案,使其恢复了使用要求。
Several absorbers in the PSA unit of certain company cracked due to fatigue after having been put into use for only two years.Through a comprehensive analysis on the causes for the cracking of the absorbers,it is considered that the main reason for the fatigue cracking is the trunnion ring of the sectional insulation layer welded on the absorber cylinder.Then,it is recommended to take the structure improvement program of removing the trunnion ring of the cylinder insulation layer and to take the repair program of repair welding.After taking these programs,the absorbers are restored to meet the application requirements.
