摘要
保温支承圈是过程设备绝热设计中的常用元件,但相关规程标准中却没有规定保温支承圈的结构形式供工程设计参考。为此结合某装置PSA吸附器短期运行疲劳失效修复后监护使用建造备台的实例,对工程上常见的立式容器的保温支承圈结构形式及固定方式进行了讨论,认为要求热处理的立式疲劳容器以采用间接固定式的保温支承圈结构为合理,并要求疲劳容器的E类接头角焊缝应为周围连续焊,且焊缝表面打磨圆滑后应磁粉检测合格。
Insulator supporting ring is one of commonly used parts in insulation design for process equipment.But there is no ring structure provided in relevant standards or codes for engineering design.In this article,combined with one PSA absorber which had been failed in view of fatigue and been repaired later for use with monitor,the structural and fixing types of insulator supporting rings were discussed.It was considered that for vertical vessels which are heat treated and may be failed in fatigue,indirect fixed supporting ring should be used;the weld identified into the category E in fatigue vessels shall be consecutive,grinded and inspected with magnetic test.
