摘要
为了降低吸附塔底封头的局部应力强度及轴向位移,对某一吸附塔采用不同结构的底封头进行数值模拟,研究了封头种类、中心管裙座角度、底座环形式对底封头局部应力强度及轴向位移的影响。计算结果表明,不同种类封头的轴向位移相差很大,中心管裙座角度和底座环形式的改变可以较大幅度地降低局部应力强度。
In order to reduce the local stress intensity and axial displacement of the adsorption tower bottom cover, the impact of bottom cover's type, center tube skirt's angle, base pad's form have been studied with finite element analysis. The results show that the axial displacement of different cover varies greatly,and the center tube skirt's angle and the base ring form change can greatly reduce the local stress intensity.
