摘要
随着石油化工设备越来越大型化,大型高温的裙座支撑式设备在各种机械载荷和高温的共同作用下,下封头与裙座筒体交接处的组合高应力及稳定性越来越成为重点需要解决的问题。介绍了采用设置隔气圈和扩大保温层范围的办法来解决裙座支撑式设备在下封头与裙座筒体交接处的组合高应力和稳定性问题,并通过详细的有限元应力分析计算保证设备的强度和刚度安全。
With the appearance of more and more large petrochemical equipment,in large skirt support equipment under high temperature service,the problems of high stress and instability caused by mechanical load and high temperature in the junction of lower head and skirt cylinder have been more and more concerned.In this paper,some methods for solving the problems of high stress and instability by using air isolation ring and extended scope of insulation layer were introduced.And with detailed fi nite element stress analysis calculation,the safety of the equipment has been approved.
