摘要
大型立式换热器通常采用中间圆锥形裙座支撑,裙座计算不仅要保证强度,也须满足稳定性要求。研究了设备在温差载荷、内压和重力载荷的作用下,半锥顶角变化对裙座受力的影响。采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对4个结构模型进行传热、结构及屈曲分析,对不同半锥顶角下裙座结构的受力情况进行比较与分析,对实际工程设计具有一定的指导意义。
Large vertical heat exchangers are usually supported by the middle conical skirt. The calculation of the skirt needs to ensure the strength and stability. Under the action of temperature difference load, internal pressure and gravity load, the influence of the change of semi-cone angle on the force of skirt was studied. The heat transfer, structure and buckling of four structures were analyzed by using ANSYS, the finite element analysis software. The stresses of the skirt with different semi-cone angles were compared and analyzed. And the study has certain guiding significance for practical engineering design.
