摘要 近年研究表明,肿瘤组织中的免疫成分,如各类免疫细胞及其他间质细胞与肿瘤细胞产生的生长因子、细胞因子、促进血管生成因子等协同作用,促进了肿瘤的发生发展.文章就肿瘤免疫微环境和肿瘤发生发展的研究进展作一综述. Recent studies demonstrated that immune components including immune cell populations,growth factors,cytokines and angiogenic factors produced by stroma cells as well as tumor cells in tumor microenvironment cooperated with the promotion of the initiation and progression of tumors.In this paper,the research progress of immune microenvironment in tumors has been concluded.
