摘要
介绍了军用加固计算机的热设计方法,对机箱热稳态下散热表面的热流密度进行了分析计算。采用热分析软件Icepak对加固计算机进行仿真分析,得出该设计满足系统热控制要求。最后将仿真结果与实验测量数据进行了对比,验证了数值模拟方法的正确性,显示了Icepak软件在电子产品热设计中应用的优越性和可靠性。
This paper introduces the thermal design methods of military computer,and the heat flux density of a thermal runaway surface at thermal stability state is analyzed and calculated.Simulation analysis is performed by thermal analysis software Icepak,which can meet the thermal control requirement.Comparing the simulation results with the experiment data,the validity of simulation is validated,which displays the superiority and reliability of Icepak in electronical production.
