摘要
用空芯冷板冷却电子设备是一种新型、高效的冷却方式。这种冷却方式以印制电路板本身作为热交换器,极大地缩短了热流路径,因而载热能力强,结构重量轻。对这种冷却方式进行了理论分析和实验研究,建立了空芯冷板壁温的数学模型,用实验证明了数学模型分析的正确性。并把空芯冷板冷却方式与现在广泛应用的导热冷却方式的热载能力相比较,证明空芯冷板冷却方式是高效的。
The way that flow-through-cards are used to cool electronic equipment is a new and highly efficient one, in which the cooling capacity is high,and the weight is light,since the circuit card itself is a heat exchanger and the major conduction thermal resistances are eliminated. In the paper, the studies have been done on theories and experiments. The mathematic model is set up and verified by experiments. Comparing the capability of conduction to coldwall now used widly with the capability of flow-through-cards, it may be shown that the way of using flow-through-cards is efficient.
