摘要
目的:建立注射用法罗培南钠中还原型谷胱甘肽的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱,以辛烷磺酸钠磷酸盐缓冲溶液-甲醇(90∶10)为流动相;DAD检测器,210nm波长处测定。结果:还原型谷胱甘肽与其他成分均完全分离,在考察的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),回收率符合规定。结论:该方法专属性好,准确度高,可作为注射用法罗培南钠中还原型谷胱甘肽的含量测定方法。
Objective:An accurate method to determine the content of reduced glutathione in faropenem sodium for injection.Methods:A C18 column was used for the separation.The mobile phase was octanesulfonic acid sodium-phosphate buffered solution and methanol(90∶10).The wavelength of DAD was210 nm.Results:The linearity was good in each range of concentration(r=0.9997).The recoveries were all accorded with prescribe.Conclusion:The method is accurate and specific for determination of reduced glutathione in faropenem sodium for injection.
