谷胱甘肽是细胞内重要生物活性物质,因此很多研究者对发酵法生产谷胱甘肽进行研究。主要从菌种选育、培养基与培养条件优化以及分离纯化方面进行介绍,以便更好地了解该方面的新进展。
Glutathione is an important biological active substance. Many researchers on production of glutathione fermentation method are studied. This paper mainly introduces the strain selection, medium optimization and the conditions of separation and purification. In order to better understand the new progress on the production of glatathione fermentation.
