摘要
根据热消散效应原理,设计了一种基于热敏电阻的热式液体流量传感器。介绍了传感器设计模型及工作原理。通过流体力学软件FLUENT对传感器进行了液体温度场仿真分析,验证了传感器设计的可行性。通过实验与分析,求出了液体流量变化与所设计传感器对应的电压变化函数关系。进行了0~100L/h流量范围液体流量测量,提出了传感器研究与改进的方法。
A thermal liquid flow sensor based on thermistor was designed according to the principle of heat dissipation effect. The operating principle and design model of the sensor were introduced in the paper. Fluid temperature field simulation analysis was carried out on the sensor through the fluid dynamics software FLUENT, and the feasibility of sensor design was verified. Through the experiment and analysis, the function relationship between the change of liquid flow rate and voltage of sensor was worked out. A range of liquid flow from 0L/h to 100L/h was measured by the sensor, also the sensor research and improvement method were proposed.
