摘要
以LabVIEW为平台,设计了一个转子不平衡测量系统。通过测量转子的振动信号,然后根据时域波形、频谱和轴心轨迹等信号特征来判断转子是否存在不平衡现象,最终得出结论。
This article designs a rotor unbalance measurement system based on the programming and testing platform LabVIEW. Acquire the vibration signal of the rotor, then judge whether the rotor is unbalance according to the feature of time waveform, spectrum and axis orbit, finally come to a conclusion of the rotor fault.
