摘要
在介绍电涡流传感器工作原理及系统构成的基础上,提出了一种基于矩形域最小二乘曲面拟合算法进行温度补偿的方法,利用DSP进行数据的采集和处理,通过建立温度间距频率之间的数学模型,实现了电涡流测微系统在高精度微位移测量领域中的应用。实例表明所建模型是合理的,该方法是行之有效的。
By introducing the principle of the eddy current sensor and the structure of the measuring system,a temperature compensation method which uses surface fitting algorithm based on the rectangle field least squares is proposed. The high precision measurement is realized by establishing a temperature-distance frequency model and using DSP for data acquisition and processing in the system. Examples show that the model established is reasonable and the method is feasible.
