摘要 基于Lab VIEW的转子轴心轨迹PXI技术监测系统,首先在转轴同一横截面上安装2个相互垂直的电涡流位移传感器,使用AI Acquire Waveforms函数同时采集2个传感器传入的水平和垂直信号;然后再以Index Array函数分别索引2路信号,经Butterworth Filter低通数字滤波器滤出高频分量后,将2路信号叠加并在XY Graph控件显示,画出转子轴心轨迹图。 The axle center trail PXI technology monitor system is based on LaVIEW. Firstly, two mutual vertical vortex sensors were installed in the same cross section; the horizontal and vertical signals are acquired by AI Acquire Waveforms function. Secondly, two signals were indexed by Index Array function, and the high frequency is filtered by Butterworth low-pass filter. Finally, two signals are superposed and displayed in the XY Graph control for axle center trail chart.
