摘要
离心机广泛应用于众多领域的样本分离,主要性能为转速。由于转速的准确性会直接影响样品处理结果,因此校准规范中要求对离心机转速的准确性、稳定性等进行校准。目前,离心机转速的校准包括光学法、磁电法、振频法等,本文根据使用者的校准需求及校准准确性,将光学法和振频法集成一体,便于有观察窗和无观察窗的离心机转速的准确测量。
Centrifuge is widely used in many fields of sample separation,the main performance is speed.Because the accuracy of the speed will directly affect the sample processing results,the calibration specification requires the accuracy and stability of the centrifuge speed to be calibrated.At present,the calibration of centrifuge speed in⁃cludes optical method,magnetoelectric method,vibration frequency method,etc.According to the user's calibration requirements and calibration accuracy,the optical method and vibration frequency method are integrated to facili⁃tate the accurate measurement of centrifuge speed with and without observation window.
