摘要
在分析管理信息系统开发项目具备较高复杂性和多变性的基础上,引入关键链建立项目进度管理关键链识别模型,对关键路径进行优化,并识别信息系统开发项目中的关键链。在模型求解上,对比传统资源调配法提出改进的方法解决信息系统开发项目中的关键链识别问题,改善传统信息系统项目进度管理,提高项目开发的成功率。最后通过算例分析说明模型的实用性。
On the basis of analyzing the high complexity and variability of development projects in management informa-tion system,critical chain is introduced;the critical chain recognition model in schedule management is established.It is beneficial to optimize the critical path and identify the critical chain in the development projects of information system.In solving the model,the improved method by comparing the traditional resource allocation method is proposed to solve the problem of the development projects in critical chain recognition.It ameliorates the traditional schedule management about information system management,and improves the success rate of project development.Finally,the model shows the practicability through the analysis of the example.
