摘要
针对多资源约束项目,提出一种考虑活动调整优先关系的关键链识别改进方法.采用灰色关联分析方法综合考虑活动的资源影响程度、活动的持续时间和紧后活动链持续时间确定活动调整的优先级.结合"多化单"识别方法与通用识别流程识别关键链,当存在资源冲突时,在满足活动时间约束关系的前提下,依据活动调整优先级调整活动执行顺序,生成满足所有资源约束的积极的和延迟的进度计划,从而确定关键链.通过算例展示了改进方法的应用过程,验证了改进方法的可靠性与合理性.
Proposed an improved method of identification of critical chain considering the precedence relations under multi-resource constraints. Considering the activity resource requirements, the duration of the activity and the duration of predecessor activities, use grey relational analysis method to calculate the priority of each activity. Considering one resource constraint as well as the logical relationship between activities, generate the initial scheduling plan. According to the principle of priority to rearrange the sequence of activities to generate positive and delayed scheduling which has no multi-resource conflict. The activities which cannot move in the scheduling plan are the critical activities, and the activities chain is the critical chain. A numerical example shows the process of using the improved method to identify the critical chain, and the critical chain schedule is feasible.
