摘要
电气工程在铁路建设项目中具有重要地位,其进度管理是工程管理的重要部分。以西康高铁安康西站电气施工为例,针对传统关键路径法在进度管理中的不足,对关键链法开展适用性分析。在工期较紧的情况下,采取关键链法优化铁路站房电气施工进度管理,从而确保项目如期完工。运用关键链法对原有计划逻辑进行调整,对电气施工进度开展优化管理,使团队资源与施工项目进一步完好对接;有针对性地将电气施工过程进行结构分解,并根据分解后的任务分配情况重新进行资源调度,保障建设项目按照预定计划有序稳步实施。
Electrical engineering plays an important role in railway construction projects,and its schedule management is an important part of engineering management.Taking the electrical construction in Ankangxi Railway Station of Xi'an-Ankang HSR as an example,this paper analyzes the applicability of critical chain method in view of the deficiencies of traditional critical path method in schedule management.In the case of tight construction period,the critical chain method is adopted to optimize the electrical construction schedule management of railway station buildings,so as to ensure the completion of the project on schedule.This paper uses the critical chain method to adjust the original plan logic and optimize the management of electrical construction schedule,so that team resources can be further integrated with the construction project;decomposes the electrical construction process in a targeted manner,and reschedules the resources according to the decomposed task allocation,so as to ensure the orderly and steady implementation of the construction project as scheduled.
