COPD患者血清中VEGF的表达及与细胞凋亡的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者(COPD)血清中,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及细胞凋亡的变化,研究两者间的相关性。方法检测62例COPD稳定期患者、46例健康体检者血清中VEGF的表达,并采用流式细胞术检测体外培养的外周血单核细胞0,2,24h的凋亡率。结果 COPD稳定期患者体内血清VEGF表达水平明显高于对照组,P<0.05。单核细胞体外培养2,24 h凋亡率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。且VEGF的表达与外周血单核细胞的凋亡呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF在COPD患者细胞凋亡中扮演重要作用。 Objective To investigate the serum level of VEGF in COPD patients and its correlation with cell apoptosis. Methods The level of VEGF was measured from 62 COPD patients and 46 healthy persons. Flow cytometry was used to detect mononuclear cell apoptosis. Results The expression of VEGF in the COPD group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). 2 and 24 hours after culture, the percentage of apoptotic mononuclear cells in the COPD group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 〈 0. 05). Serum VEGF expression was negatively correlated with peripheral blood mononuclear cell apoptosis ( r = - 0. 35, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion VEGF plays an important role in the cell apoptosis from pations with COPD.
