摘要
运用数据包络分析方法,以2009-2012年中国30个省市粮食加工业投入产出数据为基础测算各省市粮食加工业的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率,分析比较河南省粮食加工业与其他省市的发展差距。研究发现河南省粮食加工业的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率还存在较大的改进空间,固定资产投入超量、能源消耗高、规模效率低下是导致河南省粮食加工业发展水平较低的主要原因。
The paper uses method of Data Envelopment Analysis to measure the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the food processing industry in various provinces and cities based on the food processing industry input-output data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2009 to 2012, making an analysis and comparison of the development gap of food processing industry between Henan Province and other provinces and cities. The findings are as follows： there is still large room for improvement for food pro- cessing industry in Henan Province in terms of technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale effi- ciency; excessive investment in fixed assets, high energy consumption, low efficiency of scale are the major causes for lower development levels of food processing industry in Henna Province.
