摘要
目的:找出层流空气中浮游菌超标的原因,为预防医院感染和正确管理维护手术室提供相关数据。方法:采用尘埃粒子计数仪和浮游菌采样器依照《医疗机构技术消毒规范》在手术间布设14个采样地点,11个时间点,每点采样次数3次,连续检测200台次手术,对手术间手术区和周边区不同时段和地点的空气中的尘埃粒子数和浮游菌数进行动态监测、总结、分析。结果:在空态状况下尘埃和浮游菌完全达标;手术运行过程中开台时迅速上升,开台后30 min持续增高,45 min后逐渐回稳,维持到60 min,到手术快要结束前30 min迅速拉升直至手术结束时达最高峰,在对手术间物体表面、回风口滤网与清洁消毒维护后15 min逐渐回复,30 min恢复正常。结论:在洁净环境参数稳定的情况下,净化主体过滤器本身不具备杀菌功能,以及手术动态运行过程中人流、物流、操作活动增加导致空气中尘埃粒子和浮游菌浓度超过滤器单位时间内有效滤除率,是导致尘埃粒子和浮游菌动态情况下迅速上升的主要原因。
Objective: To find out the cause of unqualified floating bacteria in operating room laminar air in order to prevent hospital infection and improve the management of operating room. Methods: The dust particles and floating bacteria on 14 sampling spots in operation field and surrounding areas at 11 time points around a surgery were dynamically monitored for 200 consecutive surgeries by using dust particle counter and floating bacteria sampler.The floating bacteria dropped on the plate were cultured and the colonies were counted and the total number was calculated. Results: The dust and floating bacteria were within the set standard when the operating room was vacant,quickly increased when the surgery began,reached to a higher level at 45 min,then kept steady,finally attained the peak at the close of operation.15 min after cleaning and disinfection,they began to restore,back to normal at 30 min. Conclusion: The purifying body air filter itself does not have the sterilization function,and the increased operating activity leading to the increase of floating bacteria are the main causes for its rise.
