摘要
目的了解洁净手术室空气微生物状况,探讨空气微生物采样方法及采样布点。方法按照GB50333-2013《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》分别采用沉降法和浮游法对不同洁净级别的手术室空气进行采样检测,并对监测数据进行分析。结果 2015年共检测121间洁净手术室,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级洁净手术室沉降菌浓度和浮游菌浓度合格率均为100%,Ⅰ级洁净手术室手术区和周边区洁净度合格率分别为96.30%和84.62%,其他洁净手术室洁净度合格率均为100%。减少监测点数后沉降菌浓度和浮游菌浓度均在合格标准范围内,且与标准布点结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论洁净手术室空气微生物指标合格率高,减少微生物采样点数实际可行。
Objective Airborne bacteria in clean operating rooms were investigated by different sampling methods and sampling sites distributing manners. Methods Depositing bacterial concentration and airborne bacterial concentration in clean operating rooms were tested and analyzed according to Architectural technical code for hospital clean operating department( GB50333 -2013 ). Results Depositing bacterial concentration and airborne bacterial concentration in 121 rooms ineluding 4 levels of Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ were all qualified. In clean operating rooms of level I , cleanliness qualified rates of operating zone and surrounding zone were 96.30% and 84.62% respectively. And in others, qualified rates were all 100%. While sample collecting sites were lessened, depositing bacterial concentration and airborne bacterial concentration still conformed to criteria and had no significant difference( P 〉 0.05 ) with that of the standard sample collecting method. Conclusion Bacteria qualified rates in clean operating rooms were high. It is feasible to lessen sample collecting sites.
