摘要
目的了解辽宁省部分医院负压洁净手术室的综合技术性能。方法采用平板沉降法和仪器检测法对13间负压洁净手术室综合性能进行了监测。结果所调查的13间负压洁净手术室中只有4间各项指标全部合格。在另外9间负压洁净手术室中,沉降菌浓度合格率为53.8%,尘埃粒子数合格率为46.2%,换气次数合格率为69.2%。静压差、温度、相对湿度、光照度和噪声的合格率依次为76.9%、92.3%、84.6%、92.3%和76.9%。结论辽宁省部分医院负压洁净手术室综合性能指标合格率偏低,其设计和布局存在缺陷。
Objective To know the comprehensive technical performance,design and layout of negative pressure clean operating rooms in some hospitals of Liaoning province.Methods Flat slab exposure method and instrument detection method were used to monitor comprehensive performance of 13 negative pressure clean operating rooms.Results According to GB50333-2002 Architectural Technical Code for Hospital Clean Operating Room,of the 13 negative pressure clean operating rooms examined,only 4 completely conformed with all 8 indexes.In other 9 negative pressure clean operating rooms,the eligible rates of depositing bacterial concentration,number of dust particles and frequency of air changes were low,only 53.8%,46.2% and 69.2% respectively.The eligible rates of static pressure difference,temperature,relative humidity,degree of illumination and noise were 76.9%,92.3%,84.6%,92.3% and 76.9% respectively.Conclusion The eligible rates of comprehensive performance indexes of negative pressure clean operating rooms in some hospitals of Liaoning Province were low,mainly because there were shortcomings in the design and layout.
