摘要
据实际情况建立八角形洁净手术室模型及实形手术台模型,借助于CFD技术对洁净手术室的尘埃粒子质量浓度情况进行非稳态模拟,从而预测出自净时间,并通过与理论计算公式所得出的自净时间比较,验证了数值模拟的可用性.并提出以数值模拟来与所在医院的手术频率、经济状况等实际情况相结合,选取合适的送风、回风量及速度,即利用CFD技术对洁净手术室的气流组织进行选择设计以及自净时间的预测这一方法切实可行.
The model of clean room of operation and the operating table is established based on the actual conditions, the distribution of airborne particles in the clean room are simulated using the technology of CFD. Compares with the theoretical calculation, the clean - down capability educed by numerical simulation is credible. And the way introduced in this paper is feasible for air conditioning designers to choose the best design program and cleandown capability prediction.
