摘要
半个世纪以来,洁净技术在经济领域中获得了广泛应用,其本身也获得发展和进步。在一些基本技术概念上仍存在着模糊的现象。譬如空气洁净度的等级定义、洁净室的自净时间、高效过滤的安装检漏、手术室并非洁净室等。对照国际标准对技术概念进行溯源性学习与探讨,十分有益。
Inearly half century, the cleanroom technology has been in application widely in economic field, while the technology itself is also in progress and development. So, some confustion exist in terms of its concepts, such as intalled filter leak test, classification of air cleanliness, cleanroom recovery time, and operation theatre cleanroom. The origins and probe on these concepts were made.
