摘要
结合镇海区教师培训者团队建设发展现状,以相关理论为指导,解读了任务驱动式教师培训者团队建设的相关概念,明确任务板块设置,探讨有效运作形式,研究分析实施步骤和特征,并对支持机制进行了探索和实践,力争为高质量打造教师培训者队伍提供新的理论视角和途径选择。
Considering the current training team building in Zhenhai Teachers' Training School, the paper interprets relevant definitions of building a task-driven teachers' trainer team based on certain theories, sets clear tasks and effective operation methods, studies implementing procedures and characteristics, explores the practice of supporting mechanism, in order to provide new theoretical perspectives and ways to choose.
