摘要
21世纪,员工边缘化问题越来越多地受到社会关注。在分析了员工边缘化问题的渊源、概念和影响,界定了角色边缘化等概念的基础上,通过剖析一则中国历史案例,归纳了员工边缘化问题的成因。最后,尝试划分了员工主动、被动和综合边缘化的三种分类,并依据人力资源管理流程,归纳出员工边缘化的形成与应对模型,据此提出应对员工边缘化的十项措施。
21st century, staff marginalization was paid more and more attention by the community. The paper analyzed the origin, concept and effects of staff marginalization and defined the difference between staff marginalization and role marginalization. By analyzing a typical Chinese historical case, we explored the causes of staff marginalization. Finally, we try to divide staff marginalization to active, passive and comprehensive marginalization of the three categories. Then, based on human resource management process, we proposed staff marginalization involvement model, and leaded to research ten measures of staff marginalization.
