摘要
"圈子"是界于正式组织与非式组织之间的一种组织现象,也是近年流行的词汇之一。本文区别于社会学的相关概念,从人力资源和组织视角,借助"领导者——成员交换理论"聚焦于正式组织内部,研究圈子的定义、类别、成因和影响。以案例的形式,特别关注其对正式组织的负面作用及其中国情景下的应用。
Quanzi is an organizational phenomenon between formal and informal organizations and one of the popular words in recent years. It is. We based on human resource and organization science, which are different from social science and focuse on the inside of formal organization. Then, we research the definition, classifications, reasons and influence of it. Especially, we use Case Study to find the negative effect on formal organization and its practice in China.
