摘要
结合东苕溪大桥工程实例,介绍了该桥钢拱斜塔的施工难点,参考国内外已有斜塔施工经验,从成本、工期、技术特点等方面对吊装方案和3个竖转方案做了详细的阐述和比较。重点介绍了该桥桥塔实施方案,属于目前国内首例在平面位置拼装、采用超远距离液压同步对拉进行大型钢拱塔的竖转施工技术。
Based on the construction of Dongshaoxi Bridge, the authors introduce the difficulties during the inclined tower erection, and contrast hoisting method with three other vertical swivel construction methods in the aspects of cost, schedule, technical characteristics and so on. The authors focus on the inclined tower construction method, the inclined tower is vertically swiveled by the technique of synchronous hydraulic tensioning and assembly in the plane position, which is the first construction example in our country.
