摘要
重庆来福士广场项目采用施工电梯整体基础转换工艺,通过有限元软件进行建模分析,设计出符合要求的转换标准节与基础钢梁,在不拆除施工电梯的情况下,完成施工电梯的基础转换,将施工电梯基础转向上方楼层,实现低区楼层后续工作的提前插入施工。
Chongqing Raffles City project adopts the integral foundation transformation technology of the construction elevator,after modeling and analysis by finite element software,the transformation standard section and base steel beam are designed to meet the requirements.Without removing the construction elevator,it completes the foundation transformation of the construction elevator,turns the construction elevator foundation to the upper floor,and realizes the early insertion of the subsequent work of the lower floor.
