摘要 长沙冰雪世界工程以百米深矿坑为载体,岩壁陡峭,坡角为80°~90°不等。项目部通过2种设计方案的比选,即常规附着式施工电梯和间接附着式施工电梯的设计方案,确定间接附着式施工电梯为最优设计方案,并运用MIDAS/Gen建立模型,进行强度、刚度、稳定性的分析。同时,项目部运用BIM技术形象直观地展示间接附着式施工电梯的施工工艺流程。此最优设计方案有效解决了人员及少量材料垂直运输的问题,大大提高了施工和管理的效率。 Changsha Ice and Snow World project stands on the 100-meter-depth excavation with steep cliff of 80° - 90°. By comparing two different design options between conventional attachment and indirect attachment,indirect attachment is employed as the optimal design. Finite element model is established by MIPAS/Gen to analyze the strength, stiffness and stability. Besides, construction process flow of construction hoist with indirect attachment is described by using BIM technology. The adopted design option is proved to efficiently solve the problem about the vertical transportation of workers and minority of material,and also highly improve the construction and management efficiency.
