摘要
文章调查上海市144台已投入运行使用的既有多层住宅加装电梯安全状况,并介绍加装电梯结构与既有房屋连接设计方法。通过对既有房屋损坏和倾斜情况、电梯井道的损坏和倾斜情况,以及既有房屋与电梯井道不均匀沉降情况的调查,评估加装电梯对既有房屋结构安全性影响及电梯井道的结构安全性。结果表明:加装电梯对既有房屋在正常使用条件下的结构安全未发现明显的影响,加装电梯井道结构整体安全可靠;部分房屋电梯与原主体结构连接部位存在老化损伤和渗漏情况,应加强连接部位和电梯井道结构的维护和保养。
Through investigation to 144 sets of elevator installation to existing multi-storey residence in Shanghai Municipality that have been put into operation,this paper introduces the design method for connecting the elevator installation structure with existing house,through investigation to the damage development and inclination trend of existing house,the damage and inclination circumstance of elevator shaft as well as nonuniform settlement of existing house and elevator shaft,it evaluates the impact of elevator installation to the structural safety of existing house and the structural safety of elevator shaft,and it is shown by the research result:elevator installation is not found to have obvious influence on the structural safety of existing house under normal service condition,the elevator installation shaft structure is integrally safe and reliable;aging damage and leakage exist at the connection part of the elevator of some house and the original main structure,and the maintenance should be reinforced to the connection part and elevator shaft structure.
