摘要
为保证转体合龙精度和实现接触网不停电进行中跨合龙施工,在张呼客运专线蒙古营印河特大桥跨集包线、京包线墩顶转体连续梁施工过程中,通过对激光投线仪精确对中研究,无需测量人员上桥操作即可实现转体梁的精确对中及姿态调整。通过对中跨合龙段绝缘板吊架新技术应用,即便合龙位置邻近铁路线接触网也可在其不停电的环境下,施工人员可安全地进行施工操作。
In order to ensure the swivel and closure precision and implementation of catenary power of mid-span closure construction, in the continuous beam construction process of Zhangjiakou-Hohhot passenger dedicated line Mongolian line and Beijing—Baotou line, by the research on laser cast instrument precision,the precise swivel and attitude adjustment of the beams can be realized. An insulating plate hanger is applied in mid-span closure segment of beam,the safety of construction workers are insured,even their position adjacent to the railway contact line can also be constructed and operated under the power of the environment.
