摘要
景德镇白鹭大桥和常州龙城大桥采用"卧式拼装,整体竖转"实现主塔竖转到位,并将虚拟样机技术应用于桥梁施工。通过建模仿真得到桥梁主塔在扳起过程中的荷载时间历程及主塔施工中关键位置的受力情况,从而优化了施工方案,提高了设计效率,保证了施工质量和安全。
Bailu bridge of Jingdezhen City and Longcheng bridge of Changzhou City are taken as examples to introduce the key construction technology for uplifting of main bridge tower in details, namely construction method of "horizontal assembly and integral vertical rotation" is adopted to realize positioning of main tower through vertical rotation. Basic theory and method of virtual prototype technology are applied in the analysis on bridge construction technology. Load duration during uplifting of main bridge tower and load bearing conditions at several key positions during construction of main tower are obtained through model establishment and simulation. Construction plans are optimized, design efficiency is improved, and construction quality and safety are guaranteed.
